If you are interested in becoming a Wholesale retailer please send us an email at Lady12CS@gmail.com and title it "Wholesale Buyer." We ask that you please identify your business and send a copy of your re-sellers permit.
As a follow up you be asked to sign up for an account with Lady 12 with all of your details where you gain access to our wholesale catalog.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Underwear are not acceptable return items.
If you require a different size please send un-damaged un-used product back with your packing slip (if you don't have your original packing slip include a note with your order number) and a note on what size you are interested in exchanging for along with a pre-paid shipping envelope or $3 per single item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via FB messenger or email that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied via your original method of payment.
