Women of Influence

This month we highlighted influential women in our community. By shining the spotlight on them during the Lady 12 Fashion Show, we hope to encourage more positive role models to step forward.

Rachael Tatupu

NFL wife for over a decade Rachael is now involved with the highly visible NFL brain study. She is a powerful influence on younger NFL wives and teaches yoga professionally.

Jessamyn McIntyre 

Awarded the LLS Citizenship Award for her service to the community and has served as the chair of the Man and Woman of the Year Nominating Committee for two years. Other volunteer projects include: Habitat for Humanity and Providence Hospice (adopt a family for Christmas). She is also the Executive Producer for 710 ESPN Seattle and sideline reporter for the Huskies and Cougars on NW Cable News

Anna Macinnes

Co-Founder of the Mighty 12 Alliance fan group who has raised hundreds of thousands for local charities in the NW and other fans in need. Animal advocate and professional bad ass.

Tracy Taylor 

Stand out with the American heart association , Seattle humane, and northwest harvest who raises food and awareness for our homeless. She is King 5 Anchor for news and traffic. 


Dantia (Tia) Avril

Dantia and her husband Cliff launched the Cliff Avril Family Foundation that also focuses on healthy living. She is the engine that powers their efforts to educate on Type II Diabetes. They have also provided opportunities to children in Hati changing lives! Once you meet her you will fall in love with this sweetheart.

Pele Bennett 

Pele and Michael's passion for living healthy lifestyles inspired them to create The Bennett Foundation to help kids and families in need. Their dedication to the mission and work has been inspirational and in just a short period of time is making a big impact on communities around the country. Pele is a wonderful mother to three beautiful daughters and in her spare time is currently writing a children's book and developing a children's swim line that will be released this winter.

Nina Thomas 

Recently married and proud mommy, she is an integral component to the Earl Thomas football camps. They use football to teach thousands of youth across the nation "how to be a role model in your community." You can find her spending time with her family and girlfriends at Pike Place Market.


Jamie Lynn Thompkins 

Beautiful and smart with a passion for anything animals she is a news woman extraordinaire. She was also the YWCA dress for success chair 2015, and won Serenity horse rescue compassion award 2014. "Anything that helps animals or women- I'm down!" Former author, news anchor in Philly, Nashville and CNN Headline News, she also use to anchor KOMO 4 News (ABC) in Seattle she has done it all and is now our favorite local Q13 FOX News anchor! 

Emoree Martin

Steering Committee for a local nonprofit, El Cento de la Raza and their 40 million dollar affordable housing project Plaza Roberto Maestas. She also chairs the “Buy a Brink” campaign on behalf of PRM and is on the Board of Directors for K.D Hall Foundation and chairs the media committee. Professionally Emoree handles the morning traffic drive for a total of eight radio stations in the Seattle market. Ms. Martin has an estimated two million monthly listeners across all stations.

Tiaralynn Solheim 

Tiaralynn starred in the ABC Television series "the bachelor " Branded as the chicken girl in a series of national magazines. With her new platform she has begun to work with the Humane Society of the US to support abused animals in finding a better life. The Washington farm girl resides at her Redmond ranch.

Michelle Ludtka

Michelle uses her platform in journalism to highlight the many "off the field" stories of our local professional athletes highlighting their work in the community and showing fans a side they may not always see. Michelle joined the Q13 Team in June 2012 and as a Seattle native Going into her 5th season with the team, you can find Michelle at the VMac most days of the week.

Jenna Rossi

Mother of 3, proud military fiancee, and assistant producer / head of security for Fitz in the Morning on 100.7 The Wolf. Her son, Howie, died of cancer at just 3 years old and Jenna has lived everyday of her life honoring her son's memory in any way possible. It's truly inspirational to watch a woman who has gone through so much still try to do good in this world. Just a few of the organizations Jenna has helped include Alex's Lemonade Stand, Packages of Hope, Soup Ladies, Tough Mudder, did the Big Climb for the Leukemia and Lymphoma society, ran Warrior Dash which raises money for St. Jude's Children's Hospital. She's also an organ donor and helps encourages others to become one as well.

Lindzi Cox

You will remember her from her time on the ABC hit show "The Bachelor" Season 16 with Ben and then again on the "Bachelor Pad" as a fan favorite! She also appears on multiple fashion publications as a celebrity model. You will fall in love with her (just as Ben did) because Lindzi spends most of her time working at "Strong Against Cancer."Her never ending support and fundraising efforts help fund childhood cancer research. She is also working with "Make-A-Wish" foundation for the children in her program to live out their wildest dreams on their journey through cancer. Lindzi grew up in Renton as a passionate horse girl and animal advocate.
